Tafawa Balewa Square Management Board (TBSMB) a parasternal of the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, The complex is situated on a land area of about forty seven (47) acres comprising of office space, shops; Mini-shops and kiosks . The complex also has spaces for rental such as the Main bowl for rallies, exhibition and trade fairs. The complex also has two main halls known as Auditorium and Banquet hall for parties, conferences and ceremonies.

TBSMB is saddled with the responsibility of developing the National trade and International Business Centre (NTIBC) Lagos.

In addition to managing the complex, we also oversee the rehabilitation of the 25 story Independence Building and conversion to National Trade and International Business Center Lagos.
